It had great breakfast and incredibly welcoming staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning and an electronic key card were a nice touch.

The place was cosy and gorgeous and the staff were faultless, the location was picturesque in El Poblado. Beautiful bedroom. Very efficient service during my good stay. Plus their wifi was fast.

we enjoyed wonderful location and staff. we didn't like the bed, it was small, nonetheless it was truly a fun stay. close to a tube station, walking distance to the shops and supermarkets.
Well, the views were not very good here.

The location - super and the staff - fabulous, the bed was comfy. We had a double room and it included balcony and climate control. There was a nice restaurant, the shops and supermarket next door. Good service within 0.5 km of the airport. Late check-out was useful...

A really amazing stay. The hotel was so lovely and spotless clean in a crowded area. I got free upgrade and loved it. It was big and the bathroom was nice sized. Warm greeting from bkfast staff.

It was clean enough and the staff were SUPER FRIENDLY, beds were super comfy. Functional economy double room was really beautiful. Service was really outstanding, that made the hotel ideal place. Exceptional location relatively close to The Dancer's Park.
